Writers BlockGrell frowned as he looked at the blank sheet of white paper in front of him. He scoffed at his unused pen. He growled at his ink-free hands. What is he doing now William T Spears thought with exasperation as he looked over at the head-ache causing Shinigami. Grell had been sitting there for a good two hours, mumbling inaudible curses and balling up paper only to have it thrown across the room and hit at the wall where it sank to the floor. In was incredibly, undeniably, annoying to watch.
"Sutcliff." William said after he walked over to the small, paper cluttered desk where Grell was sitting behind then glared at the red head until he looked up at him.
"Yes, Will, what do you want? I'm busy." Grell said agitatedly with furrowed eyebrows. This certainly was unlike Grell. To give a response the completely lacked a flirtatious pass and a lewd intention was suspicious. But this odd behavior did not make Will any less piqued about the greeting he got.
"What I want is to know w
His Butler, Together Again"Master...it's time to wake up..." Claude Faustus uttered as he entered the room after a subtle knock. He carried the tray in elegantly, his grace weaved perfectly like the spider's web he once treaded upon. His name was given to him by Alois Trancy - the boy who was currently nowhere in the vicinity. In fact, whatever he had taken of his soul had been perfectly rotten. Yes, much less than he had expected. He was now here to awaken the slate-haired boy on the bed, a full few years younger than the blonde he had once served. He opened the shades with a slight 'whoosh' after setting down the tray on the bedside table. His smirk was one of a man who seemed far too bemused, and the moment that Ciel Phantomhive opened his eyes, he found it detestful.
Of course, at the moment, the poor boy wasn't himself, but he believed he was Alois after having his memories overwritten by the damn butler who had started all the trouble. In fact, for Ciel, it had been at least two weeks since he'd somehow a
QuestioningAn ear piercing screech of metal was heard all over the Phantomhive mansion, startling all it's inhabitants. The obnoxious sound came from none other than the uninvited Grell Sutcliff as he made his way down the halls, dragging his death scythe behind him, undoubtedly leaving scratches across the used to be flawless floors.
Hearing the strange noise that was getting closer by the second, Ciel braced himself for what would soon storm through his door.
"Where is Sebas-chan!?" said a rather high pitched familiar voice. Ciel let out a held breath and became immediately annoyed. What did he want, now of all times?
"Grell Sutcliff. Did it not even occur to you that you should knock before entering?" Ciel scowled.
"It did not. And must I repeat my question?! Where. Is. Sebby?" Grell shrieked loudly.
"He is out runny errands for me at the moment. Please take your deafening contraption and leave." Ciel answered.
Grell let out a cry of defeat and sat down in a seat in front of the young Phantomh
My True Love Gave To MeSomething was here. He could feel it. In the few seconds that he had stepped out of his office, something happened. The faint smell of a floral perfume, papers moved exactly 2.4 centimeters over from their original positions, and indents in the carpet that could only be made by a pair of high heels. Yes, he was here.
William T Spears swiftly made his way back to his desk, making sure to take as few unnecessary steps as possible. Whenever that man was in his office, he always left something unpleasant behind. Always. And it never failed to make William feel a tad bit frightened. Of course he was probably over reacting, but any extra precautions were necessary. And since that one time (the last time which including having the embarrassing experience of lingerie being hung all around his office) he always was careful.
William looked under his desk and to their sides, looked over his chair, and as he was looking over his desk, his eyes fell on something that wasn't there
Sebastian, save me - Fanfic"How long will this take?
How much can I go through?"
Ciel sat up in the bed, straight like an arrow and with wide scared eyes. Big, upset tears ran down his cheeks, caressing his smooth skin. His small body was shaking as he let out a cry for help, his voice cracking while he grabbed onto his own hair, pulling it hard and closed his eyes. Maybe that pain would subdue the one in his chest.
"My heart, my soul aches
I don't know what to do"
Damn it, where was the demon when Ciel needed him the most?
- "Se.. Sebastian!" He yelled, his voice overflowing by the fear the young boy felt. He was breathing heavily, the sobs never seemed to end as he pulled his hair harder. The pain wasn't disappearing. He opened his eyes, but his vision was blurry due to the many tears. The boy closed them again.
- "Sebastian.." He whispered desperately.
"I bend, but don't break
Somehow I'll get through"
Ciel's heart was racing, his mind playing those terrible scenes in front
Inspector Wolf The old lady was dead. I could smell it before I even got into the house. The whole place reeked of adrenaline, sweat, fear, copper and steel. He’d dropped her right in her living room. Chopped and chopped until she stopped moving. But I could tell I was getting close. This had been done in a hurry, and the killer didn’t have the time to clean up after himself like he usually did.
Across the room, the phone rang. The shrill sound set my teeth to grinding, but I ignored it. Instead I followed the killer’s bloody footprints into the back bedroom. He’d climbed out the window. If I hurried, I could catch up to him and end this disgusting spree he was on.
Then the answering machine kicked in. “Hi, Gramma! It’s Red. Sorry I’m running late. I kind of lost track of time. But don’t worry. I packed the picnic and I’m heading out the door right now. Love you.”
She’d been expec
